Clara is very excited about SNAP! She is 6 years old & has spinal bifida. Hannah Montana was at her birthday party last month & Clara made a HUGE sacrifice! She asked all of her friends to bring donations for SNAP in lieu of bringing her birthday presents. View her photographs as she makes her presentation to Bob Francis, the Project Manager of SNAP.
